Certificate of Advanced Mastery (CAM)

The CAM represents the next level of achievement beyond the CIM. To receive a CAM, students must meet academic content and career-related learning standards through participation in an endorsement area and career related learning experiences.

The endorsement areas provide students a meaningful context in which to study and meet the academic and career-related learning standards. Endorsement areas also give students the opportunity to learn core knowledge and skills unique to their career interest areas.

THS will offer opportunities for students to earn a CAM in six endorsement areas during the school year. The number of units indicated are in addition to required and other elective choices. The six possible endorsement areas are:

• Health Services
• Human Resources
• Business and Management
• Industry and Engineering
• Natural Resources
• Arts & Communications
