ROOM 113 ATTENDANCE POLICY
Mr. McFarland
2001/02

EXCUSED ABSENCES
Absences excused by the attendance office are considered excused absences. All work missed due to excused absences may be made up for full credit . Make-up work must be completed before the test on that material. In cases of prolonged absences, more time may be given. No late work will be accepted.

UNEXCUSED ABSENCES
If an absence is not excused by the attendance office within 48 hours of the absence, it is considered unexcused. Work missed due to an unexcused absence may not be made up for credit.

TARDIES
Tardies will decrease or eliminate warm-up points, thus adveresly affecting your grade. Three tardies that occcur during periods in which there are no warm-ups will result in one detention(per student handbook).

NOTE: An absence is defined as missing 10 or more minutes of class.
