The Thurston High School Chapter of Future Business Leaders of America was first chartered during the school year of 1962 under the leadership of several determined business students. In its 43 years of existence, the Thurston chapter has been extremely active. During the past ten years, however, the chapter has grown to become one of the top chapters in Oregon. Thurston FBLA is famous for its marked enthusiasm and pride, which can be seen through its high level of activity and member participation.
