"How do we recognize our allies from our enemies?" -Leslie Feinberg, trans activist

The GSA does understand what some of you are going through, and we also understand that many of you don't want to come for various reasons. Perhaps you think this is uneccesary, perhaps dangerous. Maybe some of you want to come, but you're not ready to "let people know." Man, I know I've been there, and since I'm the temporary voice for this club, I'm sure the others have to.

Well, this website is a good thing. You can talk to us and get information without ever letting anyone know. You don't have to come to meetings; you don't have to even let us know who you are or that you've come. It's totally free and safe. Like real life should be, right? Unfortunately, there aren't many people like the ones in this club. That's why we need to let people know who we are and what we're about. As I've heard many people say, "we're here, and we're queer." I'm not saying I quite agree with that, but it does bring up an important point. Get used to us, because we're not going to change on a whim, and we'd like all the support we can get.Things like Stonewall have changed history, and clubs like ours can help. You don't have to let us know you support us, but we're here if you need help.

Now that I'm off my soapbox, you can email us! If you really want to.

You can email the club and a student will answer it. It won't be me; I'm just the web-site creator, but my email is shadowaelf@yahoo.com if you'd like to mail me. I'm a cool guy, I swear I am. Just say you saw my email from school & want to talk.

The club's email address is currently being gotten (heh, being gotten), and will be here soon. Patience is a worthy virtue. So have it.
